Bit by another dog

Hey family, I had a pretty crazy week. Since my new comp is a district leader, I have to go on exchanges all the freaking time. I don't have any pics today I forgot my camera. We know where we will get to skype. I cant wait!

This week has been way rough. I have had to call and talk to the president a couple times. It been so hard! :(  I'm just really trying to focus right now and don't know how to do it. I haven't been feeling very well AGAIN. Just stupid headaches again so I'm kinda nervous I'm going to have another seizure but I think I won't. This week in sacrament meeting I got to share my testimony, I loved it. This week we did a lot of teaching again lesson after lesson after lesson! About 10 lessons.

This week we got another baptismal date coming but not for awhile. I got bit by another dog! haha We were teaching this guy and I sat down and it freaking attacked my hand. Luckily it mostly got my ring and my watch so I was good, no blood but it freaked me out so bad. haha We are still working with Kathryn the one whose baptism got pushed back 6 months. We broke her the news that she had to wait and she cried it was really sad but she said that she was going to be strong and keep working with us which is great.

We got a new investigator this week, her name is Gabriela, she is way cool. We asked her to say the prayer at the end of our lesson that night and she prayed to know if she should get baptized. It was way cool and we taught her a really great lesson on the gospel of Jesus Christ. So she is pretty excited, we got 6 of our investigators to church on Sunday. They just like all showed up we were freaking out it was so cool. Some of them bore their testimony on Sunday, it was way cool.

The house looks great I like it. We don't get fed too much here but yea we are working hard with all the singles. Right now we're trying to find more.

The brain x ray went pretty well. I get my results for them on the 9th, I also had my MRI. It was one of the freakiest things ever, I had to go in a tube and it was so freaking small and tight and I had to sit in it for 20 min. It was really loud but it's all done i just have one more. I'm going to tell him that I haven't been feeling good again to see what he says about it. Well I love you guys all of you. Stay Strong!

If You Can't Stand Anymore . . . Kneel!

Hey guys! I talked to the doctor on Sunday so were good he said my blood pressure was a little high or something like that but nothing we need to worry about. He just said to keep an eye on how I feel these next couple weeks. He is really nice. I'm still taking it day by day just really having a very hard time right now but taking it day by day. I'm working my hardest and praying like crazy. They say if you are having such a hard time to where you cant stand anymore! kneel! so that's what I'm doing every second of everyday right now, asking the Lord for help and for comfort! We have still been working our butts off. We got another baptismal date for Mother's Day. haha I'm hoping that wont be a problem. I don't think it will. I freaking loved all the presents I got this week they were awesome thank you all! We also got two new investigators they are dating and they both want to take the lessons so we're going to start working with them. My comp is helping me through this so much. He's really there for me! He's really a great comp. Thanks for everything guys for all you do, especially the prayers love you all!

Hospital, EEG & MRI's

Ok first I need to apologize for not getting Tav's latest emails out . . . we had to move unexpectedly and Tav has had some health problems so I have been waiting for the results.

The first night of Tav's transfer, he was rushed to the hospital and spent the night due to what they think was a seizure.  Having never had a seizure before, he has been going through lots of testing over the last several weeks.  We just got his results from his EEG and MRI, they came back completely normal.  Such a blessing.  He will now continue to follow up with his Dr.  As many of you know, Tav cannot stand Drs.  However, being in a new area not knowing a sole he has handled it overall really well.  (Only attempting to rip monitors off and get up and leave once.)

I continue to feel peace feeling that it may have been due to him being completely overwhelmed.  He had many circumstances that could have easily led to this as well as the fact that he is too much like his mother in that change is hard.

We are soo excited to get to talk to him today and will let you know how he is doing!!!  Thank you for your continued love, support and prayers.

LA Temple for my Birthday

Hey guys,  It looks like everything is going awesome, that's so cool that you had some sisters over!  We have still been working hard this week we stayed pretty busy and got two new investigators.  We met on the street he was selling some solar business or something and we caught up to him and talked to him for like a hour.  He's really cool, really happy guy all the time.  One of those over excited about everything kind of guys. haha But hes so nice he said he loves the gospel and wants to know more, so Elder Bready will start working with him.  He was born and raised in Jerusalem CRAZY he has some crazy stories hes here for work and told us to come and give him all the lessons!  So elder Brady will also start working with him.  We had a district meeting this week and I was asked to give a talk on patience.  It ended up being a really good talk I took a lot longer than Iwas supposed to though ha so kinda got in trouble. haha jk  But it was really good.  I focused on patience with missionary work.  So it turned out really good.  We went to the temple this week for my birthday, the LA temple.  It is so pretty it was so much fun we went with Elder Brady 's cousin.  He took us both and we had a lot of fun then we went to cafe rio after.  It was really good and the really huge thing that happened to me this week is that I'm getting transferred! yup I'm out of here I said all my goodbyes to all the members in the ward last night and I got up in priesthood and shared my testimony with everyone.  I will be packing up everything tonight and heading out tomorrow.  I'm feeling really nervous but kinda excited.  I'm actually going to miss this place. haha But that's how my week went, pretty busy.  Love you guys!!!

Just One More Door!

HI!
Our investigators are doing great we have taught them a lot this week like three times each haha it was good.  Yeah me and Elder Brady are so sick of each other haha.  We have been together too long ha.  I sent you guys a letter today saying what has been going on this week this week we gave one blessing a lot of tracking and a lot of lessons with our new investigators.

We found two more people to teach but we can't say there investigators just yet.  When need to meet with them to be sure.  We just talked to them on the door step and they said we could come back and teach them.  We had a really good zone training meeting this week it was really good.  Other than that just a whole lot of tracking!  We went to an area this week that we don't usually go to and that's where we found the two that we might be teaching soon.  It was really cool, we had been knocking that area for a very long time.

When we started getting mad Elder Brady said we should just leave and I was like just one more door and that last door that we knocked on was awesome.  It was a younger mom and she said we could come back and teach her than we asked if she knew anyone else that would like us to teach them and she said her friend would want to know more about what we were talking about so she told us where she lives and we went there and that was the second person we got this week. So it was a pretty busy and good week all around.  My letter goes more into detail.  We were at the college emailing so I don't know if the pictures are going to work.  Love you guys.!!! and miss you so much!!!

Yea I wrote you letter thanking you for the conference bingo papers I laughed so hard!!! haha and yes I loved conference I have like 5 pages of notes from it I loved it I thought they were going to announce something big though I was getting ready for it but it never came ha but I love the talk that was talking about how we shouldn't even think about getting addicted to something because it is so much harder to stop one then to start it I loved that one I think it was in priesthood conference though. I'm not sure but it was so good!

Exchanges!

Hey guys, not much has happened this week, just a lot of tracting.  It was a pretty good week.  Me and Elder Brady are getting along a lot better.  We still make a awesome team haha! He still does tucks me in at night some times on the days when im good!   We clean our apartment every p day.  It's very dirty. haha  Grocery shopping is going good, just normal. We don't pay our own bills. This week we just have been tracting like crazy.  I'm emailing late because we had a zone conference on the proof that the Book of Mormon is true, it was really amazing.  I guess the highlight of our week was exchanges.  We had exchanges this week and I went with Elder Hernandez.  He is so awesome.  He is our district leader.  We were passing by a park and he wanted to pull in and play some basket ball with some non members.  So we did.  We played in our proselyting clothing and we killed them.  It was so much fun. Then we handed out hand out cards to them all!  They thought we were sales men when we got there but then we told them who we really were.  Our investigators that we have are doing great, we are just trying to get them to church right now.  We are so close other than that nothing to exciting happened this week.  Love you guys!!!

Working From the Second We Get Up-Till We Go to Bed

Yea my birthday is on easter. How weird is that haha! I'm doing pretty good this week. Dang Gage is going to Snow College playing ball, that's so cool. The factory looks huge now!!! Ugh ha I miss it. You guys look like you had fun with Ty and Lacey. This week I had a pretty tough one. It was really busy but I was hoping it would go better then it did. We wanted to try and go like only tracting so we could find some new people. For sure we found two new investigators, the Meyers. We found them tracting and their whole family isn't Mormon. They let us come in and talk with them about the Book of Mormon and about our church. They ate it up, they loved it. And we found a young married girl named Christien she is also loving it and wants hear more! So those are the two people we will be working on from now on. Also we are teaching the Maxfields again. We are teaching them the new member lessons. I love their family, they are really fun to teach and to be around. We went on exchanges this week. I got put with Elder Hull. He's a good missionary but a little to good. haha He is very strict about every little thing that I do wrong. ha It's very annoying. ha We were on bikes and I didn't know if I was going to be able to keep up with him he's crazy. haha He's a good missionary but he works from the second we wake up till the second we hit that bed. haha It was a long day haha but good hard work. We taught a girl named Kassi that day about gospel of Jesus Christ and asked her to get baptized. She said she will think about it and her mom will also ha so hopefully they will. We are just waiting for the spirit to take over now. ha Well that was my week, a whole lot of tracting haha and sweating, my legs are on fire. I was dying because I had just eaten a taco ugh..... haha LOVE AND MISS YOU GUYS!!! Here are some pictures!!
